Oktoberfest Munich 2008
Tom with his youngest sister the lovely Veronika, enjoying early morning warm up beers on the 2hr train ride to Munich.

Me and Toms other lovely sister Christine enjoying a giggle.
Wes, Nathan and Hannes....Toms work mates form Melbourne...

After 3pm the doors are closed on the tents as they become too full....

Christian, Hannes and Tom..

Dancing and singing to traditional Bavarian songs..

A drunk Tom disappeared for 15minutes and came back with a Gingerbread Heart for me with "Mein Rehlein" My Deer! Such a sweety xx
We got caught in heavy rain when we left our tent and my feet go soaked through so Tom gave me his nice warm socks for the train ride home what a gentleman.

HERBSTFEST
13/9/08
Herbstfest...is a big celebration of Autumn(Herbst). We drove into Rosenheim were they had set up 2 large beer tents.
I had the time of my life at Herbstfest. Around 80% of the people wore traditional dress unlike around 20% at Oktoberfest.
The crown was happy and friendly, the tent was beautifully decorated and the big band was excellent.....definitely a 10/10 night!

Giant Brezel's taste great with a giant Maß of beer.
The most traditional meal at herbs fest is half a hendl(roast chicken)
Tom looking handsome in his brand new Lederhosen.

Traditional foot ware.....
Tom and Josef
I love my new Dirndl! And Tom loves my new Dirndl too!

The drunken walk home......
