On the night of my 30
th Birthday, Tom told met to get dressed up in my traditional Bavarian clothes as he was going to take me out to dinner. I was a little confused about where we would be going dress like this but we drove into the town of
Traunstein to a traditional restaurant The
Hofbräu Haus.
When I walked around the corner there was a big surprise party waiting for me.
Wow! It was so amazing, every one had gone to so much trouble.
There were people dressed as Kangaroos, Emus, Crocodiles a Koala and the Sydney Opera House.
Toms Clever sisters had made the costumes and the Kids had helped by making road signs.
There was Australian songs playing and some funny Bavarian songs.
It was so amazing and so overwhelming, I was in tears, such fantastic people, who I am so luck to know.

All of the
Obermayer kids.

Dindle Dran with Tom.
