LUCERNE & ZURICH

12/8/08
Early morning on the lake Tom took another freezing swim.....my crazy man.

Then we traveled on to the very pretty town of Lucerne home to the famous Chapel Bridge. We were lucky enough to visit while the flowers were in full bloom.
Photographing the bridge.Last stop was a free wildlife park on the outskirts of Zurich. Unfortunately the weather started to turn bad so we had to cut our walk around the park short. This plark was displaying the antlers shed by the same deer over the space of it's entire life time. This was another very interesting display of how a baby bear compared to a human child in the growth process.

Our first exciting journy comes to an end.
.....
1 month ,6 countries, 6,000km and 100hrs driving later we arrived back home in the early hours.......It was defiantly a whirl wind tour but what an amazing experience.
Now to plan the next adventure...hmmm?
